Frank Kutsche, the operator of the “Wissensbude Wildnis” from Bad Saarow, runs nature education projects for children and young people with his team in the tipi village. During a multi-day outdoor stay, participants explore nature, learn practical skills, and strengthen their sense of teamwork. Axe throwing, archery, campfires, rafting, and canoe regattas on Lake Elsensee add to the fun.
For children and young people growing up in the city, it’s an ideal opportunity to connect with nature and develop a sensitivity to their environment.
“The forest is full of secrets and wild life. We transform into a clan of hunters and gatherers and embark on a wild journey of discovery together. As we roam, we learn fascinating things about nature, experience adventures and small challenges, grow closer as a group, and train our perception. Like our ancestors, we practice various skills and techniques for living and surviving in nature.” — Frank “Tokala” Kutsche
